General
All CD/DVD Jacket orders are subject to a possible 5% underrun. The Price will be adjusted accordingly. All orders must have either a DRF or IPR form signed. These forms can be found on the specs & forms page of the web site. All orders will not proceed until the client approves the digital proof. Once the digital proof has been approved by the client any errors found in the artwork will be solely the client's responsibility. Music Lane will not be held responsible for any approved artwork.

Order Cancellation
Music Lane Recording reserves the right to cancel/refuse any order. The client may cancel an order for a 5% processing fee if it has not gone into production . The client will be responsible for any service rendered leading up to the cancellation.

Shipping
Delivery dates are estimated dates of delivery only. Music Lane Recording is not responsible for any delays in delivery and/or any resulting damage or loss due to a delay.

Turn Times
Turn times are not guaranteed. We do our best to get your project out within the turn time provided. Certain, unforeseen, issues may occur from time to time. These issues may cause your project to be delayed. We always suggest you wait until the project has shipped before scheduling any release dates.

Payment
CD/DVD Replication - Full payment is due in advance.
Studio/Mastering - 50% deposit to hold the days, the remainder balance is due once the session starts.
Any Design Work - Payment is due before delivery of artwork. A smaller version will be sent out for proofing. We do except credit card payments only through Paypal and the client must pay the 3% service fee.

Materials
Music Lane Recording is not responsible for storing CD Masters and Artwork Masters. The CD master and all artwork CDs delivered to Music Lane Recording will be kept for a short while then disposed of unless spcified by the client.
